Have a problem where the dizzy keeps slightly moving about 6 - 8 degrees .
The clamp is a standard red motor v8 wire type , with blue motor electronic dizzy.
Is there a different clamp for a later model dizzy, or any tricks to doing up the clamp to keep it holding

Hi Wayne

that is very strange the dizzy is moving, like the standard fastener is the same with these different ones, and mine is loose so I can move it by hand, will look into it.  Dave I

I'd be looking at the dizzy for a bent shaft, dry bushes etc. I've never had an issue with using the std clamp.

Kept happing whilst we were out bush once. Centre punched a few light dots where the clamp needed to bite and it solved it.
