I went to this show last Sunday. Had my car there, numbers were down this year as it was blowing a gale and a lot of aircraft couldn't make it due to the wind also crowds were down also being that it was freezing cold. But I weathered the conditions to take some happy snaps. I thought I might do something different instead of American & Aussie muscle car snaps I went really old skool with some Warbird pics as well.

Hope you enjoy.

Sure did Dave I, Escorting the bombers into Germany, they were the only fighters with long range fuel tanks with drop tanks as well.

How many times have you stacked the R/C Mustang?

Just Taxi them down the Runway and back, bring them up to speed and then back off, ha ha

Doesn't say the Scale, other than, R/C Scale, John,

but the Build drawing length of the P51D, is 1045mm from tip of nose cone, to the end of the Rudder. Dave I

Attached File  IMG_5160.JPG   44.09K   2 downloads

600mm rule at the bottom of Drawing, and a Red 6 lightened 7kg flywheel; for reference top right too.

9.83 metre real length

https://www.google.c..._sm=93&ie=UTF-8

so 9.83 / 1.045 = 9.4:1 scale

That was great Dave I thanks. Just curious, in the vid above what sort of engines do they use?

Cheers, John.
