hi all 

came across these upper arms off xu1 notice the extra meat around bush ? is this a xu1 thing ?

Nice and New looking,


At the top you are referring too, does look wider there, can you measure the difference 

 

 

I see now on the other side has no fold.

 

Just looked under the LC, and seen that at the rear end, end, that these ones on my Rat have no folds at all, damn,

will have to do something about that.

EDIT:- Just realized, my RAT is a '69'er Model,

and this is another TELL TALE sign of the Original XU1 maybe

measurements straight across are 60mm and 50mm for the standard one ?

i haven't seen any like the ones on xu1 lc nor have i seen any post / nor litriture that can confirm that xu1 (10 / 70 lc ) were beefy ?

maybe some guru can confirm ?

it was only by luck that i came across this ,i was putting in new bushes and notice one was slightly bent so i went out the back to get one of a another diff (73 j and 69 c )

both were the same standard ,ended up straightening and useing originals ?

it would be good to know if they are a xu1 thing ?
