A while ago someone asked for one of these

I am going down the same path with a factory looking stocky type but done in a seat / B pillar vinyl

If someone has one out of a car, is there any chance they could draw its outline on a sheet of paper, roll it up and send it in one of those tubes you get from the post office

Could also fold it loosly and send it in an A4 envelope

Am quite happy to compensate for any cost of postage etc

Cheers

Would it be easier to buy one for $100 and then cover it in vinyl?

115 For the parcel shelf

It wont calculate postage but to here Brad am guessing at a minimum 50 clams

$165 for something i am going to glue Vinyl to anyway

I have a sheet of good 6mm marine ply tucked behind some shelving that already is allocated for the job

A nice coat of black paint on the back to seal it and Bobs your uncle

Bit exy for a bit of wood,6mm might be a bit hard to curve over where it goes under the rubber,i used 3mm material similar

to the orig and it is neat to fit.Got an old vt wagon rear deck i was thinking about sizing up,if you use wood it is not a bad idea to stick

a bit of thin underlay to the back side, quality used spud bags are not bad just to give a bit of padding.  :)
