Hi I have a under dash panel I am going to restore. Ideally I would like to strip to bare metal and go from there and respray, replace the decals and redo the silver boarders.
I have a box that contains a set of decals for the dash however they are not even close to the original look. Font is completely wrong, they are in bold and the font size is massive compared to the original look.
Is there anyone who produces a sticker set they is like the original?
If I cannot find suitable stickers I might try to preserve the original decals.....

Don't you dare stick those on!<br />Your originals look very good, I'd maybe mask them out and repaint the rest. I've redrawn all letters and made a decal set but its still in the testing stage.

I had mine done by a sign writer will try to post up some piccies,he still has a couple of sets at $75 they arnt cheap but I think they look pretty good

Martin yes I do agree would be a crying shame to strip the lettering off, they are near perfect.
Your production stickers look pretty good and yards ahead of the ones I have.
Keep working on them there is just the odd LJ around needing new dash stickers..:-)

Yes, I realise the above post is over 3 years old. 
Ken, the original labeling on the lower instrument panels appears to be printed.
I have no idea what printing method would have been employed.
