Hey Maz,

Why don't you make your own set up, and having all the goodies in the build,

as installing this bought unit, would be just as much work Mate hey.

hi dave, yeah had a couple guys up and telling them about the straight through setup and we came to the conclusion it's not

possible, the guy actually gave me the wrong dimensions which were for the 90 deg setup, thats why i thought it would fit till

i queried on the width, then realised it was for the wrong setup, understandable when you are flatout with heaps of things on

his mind, they were height 185,deep 280,width 300mm,and thats only for the 7'booster,so would be even bigger still with an

8' in there.dissapointed as its a great design and the simplicity of make it a great setup, unfortunatly not for the lc-lj sadly

Hi neil.i checked out the hydraboost and didnt know anything about it,a little bit now, went through a heap of threads on here

and came across coads orange 2dr with the appleton powersteering unit,a bit a cash involved to do but very interested

in it .the first prob if i went this way is im putting a 2jz in and what would be your thoughts on  how would i run the

powersteering pump, running a pulley of the crank is my only option i think.

cheers Maz

silly me just realised i can go the water pump. yes?

Electric power steering pump mounted in the boot just like Tiny has in the Monaro

No need for engine driven pumps anymore
