Hey guys got a 76 model lx slr5000 just wanting to know on the console lid and gear shift boot sorrounding is it supposed to have the crome outlining or is it supposed to be black, i have seen on past posts that the top parts are silver but cant really see the outlining colour thanks

I'd have to look at mine,top ring is silver & bottom is black from memory.
I know rare's sell them and there is a picture showing this boot & tray.
If I get the chance, I'll take a picture of mine & put it up tomorrow. Mines a 77.
