Just after opinions on which would be the better diff to run, I have a r31 diff currently but have come across a big 10 bolt with 3.36lsd center all shortened and ready to bolt in with spare axles. My r31 is a single spinner center. The 10 bolt is drum witch is a bummer and I would probably change to disc. I like the idea of 10 bolt as it's holden and makes it a bit more "original" in my eyes. Which would be stronger and more reliable in the long run ,it's only used as a cruiser most of the time.

Whichever one is cheapest and easiest to fit will be best if your just cruising.

The term "10 bolt" comes from the amount of bolts holding the crown wheel to the hemisphere, not the amount of bolts attaching the cover to the diff housing.
