Tony I got some lathed up,you can use that one you have as a template.
Other then that you can use a bolt to suit which in my view looks a bit out of place.

Cheers Dane

A roll pin might be ok. If it was a tight fit it shouldn't come out
What holds the rivet in place Dane?

Yep, hollow end so it can be spread out and peened over. Hard to replicate exactly the way they did it in the factory though.

Hi, i went down this road too. My Pins were worn, the bracket on the  door pillar a little worn too, even the pin through the roller inside the door. I went the easy way out and replaced all with 1/4 inch bolts. Long enough Bolts, Making The shank (unthreaded part) of the bolts to act as an oversize pin, then cutting of the excess length. Using a nut to retain the bolt in place. mmm yeah may be a little awkward looking at the door pillar, but inside the door you wont see.

Yea, 1 of my rollers hasn't been rolling for about 20 years by the look of it. Trying to track down a drivers side one...

I think the inner door checklink roller is hardened steel. haha i tried to drill it out to oversize but too hard.

I bought stainless clevis pins, cut to length and drilled hole for stainless split pin. Be very care of the pin/bolt length as it can interfer with the opening in the door and damage the opening in the door.
