Another Bathurst Track would be good for a change of scenery for Drivers John.

I wonder the Circuit/Elevation Diagram?

The best Idea ever...........  I have been winging to everyone for years, that we need to build MotorPlex type enterprises in conjunction with airports ....   accept for the problem of them being built on mostly flat ground, it eliminates problems with noise, transport, and in most cases accommodation.......   so I think it's a great Idea, and wish them all the best .....      Down here in Newcastle, people have been trying to put together a Motor Complex at Raymond Terrace for about 10 years, but it is mostly farm land, and the noise limits I believe are only allowed to be 7dB above the natural ambient noise level ...  which will make it impossible to hold racing events..

As far as i know the land is owned by the Wagner family and I know the area they are talking about and as far as I can tell there is a bit of elevation to make for a reasonable track.

A bit of elevation but it's no Bathurst.

Deals have been done (under the table and all) so the V8s will be racing there in 16/17.......

Well its going ahead. Im in the building trade & they said they could build it with in 9 months. But the airport is there #1 ATM. We up here are hoping there is also going to be a drag strip with in the complex. Virgin are setting up a big shed & are flying there planes up here also to service them. A lot of people don't realise how big the joint is. We all went out to the opening & its frigging huge.
