Generally they were 19V Black.

I don't have the original documentation for these but normally there would be 2 x recommended (probably 18 and 60), a non-recommended (like 64) and sometimes a not available (like 14). Then there would be a cloth insert version (sometimes two). So most likely:
18V Slate black and 18X (Ranier insert).
60V Chamois/Covert and 60X (Ranier insert) and 60Y (Raydo insert).
64V Gazelle and whatever cloth it had.
There may be more or less than these, but unfortunately the HJ release colour/trim album eludes me at this stage (it would have LH in it with HJ colours).

Just checked my Holden documentation. YEL327 is pretty spot on. Slate, Jade Green, Chamois and Gazelle trims most common.
