Just an expression of interest to see who wants to catch up for a run in our Torana's on the 12th April?
Not sure of where to go yet? Work that out later.
I know that steel bumpers have their run to Chidlow on and there is the All Aussie Day at Waroona on as well.
Anyhow, would be great to catch up with you all again,

What about a cruise to Waroona? I live there, can meet in Perth and save me driving home! South West Highway, North Dandalup turn off to Dwellingup, then down to Waroona, Nanga Brook Road great twisty road?? Then Pinjarra Bakery(Waroona Branch) for brekky? Or Dwellingup? That way if I'm late it won't matter!!:}

Mike mentioned in an email PM that the Waroona All Aussie Day would be on, looks like it could be the go.

The drive down and back is a bit far for me time wise, I have a family gig on in the afternoon. Time for me on weekends is like rocking horse poo, rare.
But it would be a great run down to Waroona, I have done it in the past couple of years for the show.
Even though I can't do that run, I think that's what should get done.

Mike did say he was going with the Combined Torana Club, maybe people could just jump on that convoy??

The boys from the torana club normally meet somewhere in Kenwick and cruise down together.

When I get details will post.

Hey Jim, I will sit this out I have done the All Aussie Day in the last few years.

Its a great day but I am busy from lunch time onwards at home.

Mike might be able to provide details of what the Combined Torana Club is doing??

The Combined Torana Club also have a run on this Sunday starting from Tomato Lake in Kewdale.

The Combined torana club is definitely going down to the All Aussie Day.

We will be meeting earlier that week, so will post the details about where and when we are meeting to drive down, probably about the 8/4.

In the meantime - yes it would be great to see as many torana's as possibly at the run on Sunday. Would not want to get outnumbered by F#$%ds.

Packed the goody bags the other day - not bad.

And the cruise has a bit of a quiz on it so bring a navigator to help answer the questions. Makes the drive a bit more interesting for the passengers. There are prizes.

Also a bar at the end point in case the run makes you a little thirsty.

Enough advertising....but I do hope to catch up with folks there - nothing like a run on a nice day! :driving:

Im hoping to get to Waroona.. a cruise would be good but will see what the mrs and kids want to do...

There is the pinjarra show on over the easter weekend I think but Im away for that one....

Will keep an eye out....

OK folks details as promised.

Meeting outside the Hogs Breath Cafe in Kelmscott (2938 Albany hwy) for an 8.30am departure.

We expect a few of the Combined torana folks to be there but more than happy for any others to join in the fun. A convoy could be kinda fun. (Safety in numbers in case jimjet comes and breaks down again? :stirpot: )

If you are coming in a torana then more than happy for you to park up with us.

If you are coming in a ford then maybe not......

Anyhow the weather looks good so the more the merrier :driving:

If you do come along then look for the blue beast and come and say hi!
