Wow this looks good.

but you need a group NC car to run.

Regularity is for the Porsche blokes only seems like there are no other makes listed in the entry list.

maybe next year

yeah, I cracked 1/2 a , when I saw that too Agent.

Then looked at the classes and saw it was a no go for the little/budget/no Porchce guys. ( p.s congrats to the Porshce guys for organising it!!).

Shame, as I think the FOSC ran a big event there a few years ago, for a few years, but ended up getting sick of ??politics??, legal issues?? and just said stuff that....and now reside at SMP and Wakey.

When they were doing it you'd have got a run.

I was able to get into the combined sedans category and cant wait! My mate and I are heading over from SA, im taking my hatch and he's taking a XA coupe, we'll probably be close to getting lapped by front running sports sedans but hope to have our own classic battle - without rubbing lol

Peter,

better off to drive within your limits then pick the car up from the compound at the back of the pits after an off !

top stuff for making the grid, make sure the go pro is sorted in the car and share the footage when done.

just notice the Saggy Sara in car footage on F.B. .... from P.I. last weekend, in the Regularity ( always sounds like some bum related condition).

Maybe we should start thinking about a GMH Torana Forum team, run down to that even next year??..i.e. start savin....

Great weekend good racing and excellent field of cars in all categories. Plenty of pics to be had if I could work out how to post .LOTS of dollars for panel beaters and the A9xs looking good especially the Grice car. Great access to all areas of pits and good to chat with owners shame some had to take home bent panels but that's racing. For those I spoke to too nice to meet and will send picts on.

Had an awesome weekend, kept the car straight and finished 12 in combined sedans (51 starters). Watching the old A9X's was a highlight too and they sounded so great going down conrod straight from the top of the mountain. my brother sorted some incar footage on youtube if anyone is interested - JBR torana - Bathurst Motor Festival.

I spent about 30mns talking to the guys that put the ford head on the holden block. That Lc sports sedan is a weapon which runs the head.

The chase was the place to be as there was hero's to zero's happening all of the place there, few cars off loaded at the start of the chase.

it's such a unforgiving race track.

Peter looked the goods running around and what a treat the historic muscle cars as well.

Agreed some engineering in that torana .Also a dunnydore with mid mount motor tune the thing whilst racing just like me karting days. The green FJ was a hoot had a good yarn with him snapping flywheel bolts. Good to see Shauns car up and close again after many years .Glad to see the weekend cater for the patrons with access and no fuss with camping.

Well what a weekend , bloody rain , gremlins with the car , brakes and a leaking rear main oil seal and a bad choice of tyres , although things improved after some work for the dry run on sunday.

A bit of a moment here going over the crest on conrad ,

Was also nice to meet a few of you guys from here .

That commodore moved over and upset both of you with regards to air flow, just as you both approached the crest.
