Hi I don't know the details or anything but I don't want anyone rocking up to an empty carpark.

There was a Rod Run on the 1st December this month as some sort of Christmas Event that I didn't attend but some of my mates rocked up there and said there was a huge turnout.

This just made me wonder if it is actually going to be on on the 20th December (Third Tuesday I think). I dunno if I will make it anyway but I'd like to find out

I'm organizing all the newsletter and crap atm and I can't get on to Deb (she's normally the person i would talk to about this event) but it'd be helpful if i can get this out of the way and maybe stick it in the Club newsletter in order to attract a few more nice Torries. If it's on in January, are you guys gonna meet at Maccas and stuff? coz I can write an article on that and we can get more Torries down there if I get a responce very soon!

i'm going away next week but regardless the newsletter gets printed on Monday and the information should really all be in by tomorrow night. Please help me out if ya can

Liam didn't say it was in a different place. Was there a black Camaro with twin carbies out of the bonnet there?

Thanks for the info anyway Darren, are we planning to meet at Maccas?

It's that time again folks, the rod run is on tomorrow night. Weather is meant to be PERFECT, around 30 degree's I think! I bumped into one of the organisers the other day and I think he was saying they're going to have a band there this time (unless I mis-heard what he said, but pretty sure). Should be good, looking forward to it....

I am up for meeting at Macca's. I think I should be able to get there by 5:30 like last time. Then cruise up to the show by 5:45 or so??? One of my mates from the club will be bringing his SS Hatchback too, not sure which Torana I will have there yet...but definitely one of them...

Anyone else coming along? Spewing you can't make it Matty, hope you have fun at the party mate!

How was the turnout? I found out I had an orthodontist appointment. Man I wish I had a decent reason lol. I'll be there next time (hopefully i can buy myself a camera this xmas) so I can get some nice snaps to show the interstate boys and girls on the forum.

It was another great turnout last night, lots of new cars I hadn't seen before too which was cool. The weather was perfect for it. Glad the food stall returned after being missing in action last month, and they also had some music which I thought added nicely to the atmosphere.

Our official "Boronia Macca's cruise" consisted of my car (the blue beast, not the hatch this time), LhMusL, J&S Racing, Peter_UC and Deb's bro in the schmick VH. We were all very much devastated that there was no ultrabluea9x this month :o :o :o :o :o :o

There were plenty of nice Torrie's there - the standouts: a light blue flareless hatch with Convo's (looked like a very serious streeter - ET streets, ICE ignition etc) with lots of goodies, and a yellow hatch, fully kitted, blackouts, 17" Simmons, Group A Walkinshaw engine etc etc.... plus craploads of other awesome machines as always. The elite quality of some of the hot rods that are attending this event is fantastic too (Bring it on!!!!), I can't get enough!

As usual, another great night, the best so far this season due to the awesome weather!

That yellow hatch sounds like a fine machine. Nice to hear you had a good night.

By the sounds of it there's one in Jan. They really need a website!

I'll be there for the next one I think.
