Rear spring rate can vary a bit between cars, hp and tyre choice, seen anywere between 250pds to 350pds been used.
250-300 prob a start point, making sure the rear end is as free as can be in articulation greatly affects the rate and how it drives on the track

Depends how fast you want to go.
3/4 rose joints are a bit overkill but won't hurt it.
Just checking the original upper arms are disconnected or have been made useless.
With a 3 link you will prob want a 300-350pd spring in rear to start with, iv played with that sort of setup on my car, the off the shelf spring rates, when used in a 3 link were all wrong, made I big difference to car.
Next step for me was going to be change shocks to a good quality coilover.
You want the rear roll centre about 100mm higher than front to start with.
AND have to watch the diff housing, with a 3 link, due to loading, they need to be braces as I can bend the housing.
When it's setup, works great tho.

Just click on the blue "More Reply Options" button below, "Attach Files" and upload from your PC
You may have to resize them if they're too big?

Thank God for that, I thought my eyes had gone...
Definitely looks like a setup I'd like to see more of (or more clearly) though?

Should notice a big difference how the rear squats too, instead of lifting the rear up(standard rear) under power it pushes the rear down, gets a bit more weight transfer.
