Just wondering if any members here can give me some information about the VL Nitrons, there seems to be a lot of conflicting information in regards to the number produced and what you got with the Nitron pack,   approx. what are they worth these days.

Cheers

Hi,

Memory says they were a Victoria only?...dealer pack with some HDT / Brock type bits added.

They were a dark red colour , and were Nissan six and/or a turbo option. Assume manual or auto?

Think you could spec them up with HDT type wheels and things...thus they probably present in a few different guises?

Yeah they had 15 inch aero wheels, and were red, cheers Aaron.

That's correct. They were a Victorian dealer-fitted dress-up pack. A bit like a Formula pack, where the dealer could add it to any VL. Therefore build numbers etc. are unknown & basically irrelevant.

As far a resale value is concerned they are basically just another VL Commodore, so depends on condition, kms etc.

They were Brigade Red.  All had Polarizers fitted, so I wouldn't quite say just another VL.

Ok guys thanks, was at a large car auction today and one was up for sale, I wasn't sure what sort of numbers were sold.  (it had a polarizer in place, looked to be held in with silicone)

No was in western Vic small town called Coleraine, over 100 cars mostly from 2 guys that have been collecting for a while, wasn't really paying attention when it sold but I think it was around the 4 grand mark.
