Dear Torana friends,

There are no Holden V8 / Supra gearbox chlutch kits available in Europe.

Does someone know about the original part numbers and from what car make and model the parts in a supra cluth kit consists of?

Perhaps, i can get them here in Germany when i know specific part numbers. cover assy, driven plate, thrust bearing.

Uwe

for memory its a supra heavy duty clutch plate, holden v8 pressure plate. and supra trust bearing,

i think also a hadfield clutch fork is also needed.

Standard Supra clutch is a pull type clutch isn't it?

mines a push set up with hadfield hydraulic kit. not sure on the factory supra set up.

also you will need a bellhousing to suit supra to holden v8. just make sure if you have  trimatic or turbo pattern block before you get this,

Uwe,
Speak with the folks at Dellow: www.dellowconversions.com.au
They have been doing this for years and also sell the bellhousing for the conversion.
Cheers, TB

Personally Uwe I would just buy a full Toyota clutch to suit your car

i.e get the flywheel manufactured or redrilled to suit the available Supra clutch

Then I'd put a hydraulic release bearing in it

However the Supra clutch is only 236/240mm

A KUN26 Hilux clutch is 260mm up to 2008 and 275mm after that (careful of flywheel profile - clutch is recessed into fly)

If it will fit in the bellhousing (orig Holden 263mm) then couldn't hurt to go bigger unless your looking to keep the MOI and weight down

In which case I'd suggest a nice billet flywheel and twinplate Supra clutch :)

That way when you kill a clutch you can just buy an off the shelf Toyota one (no brg) and your on your way.

I do have a CRS Supra/Holden bellhousing .

A new Holden 308 Clutch kit.

I was wondering what kind of driven plate is used.

And bearings.

The flywheel is a light yellaterra.
