I have a resistor wire separated from an old harness as mine needs replacing.
I'll measure the resistance tonight.

Same as LC/ LJ ?
If so the "ballast" wire is
1.8 ohms + or - 0.05 ohms.

I get 2.9 ohms on this one from an LX wiring harness.

With the leads touching one another the unit zeros. So I interpret that the very small amount of lead resistance isn't included in the reading.
