Hi to all,

Just wanted to share a good experience and place to purchase these ball joints from rather than going to the states for them via Summit or the likes. I found them on eBay from a supplier called All American Autoparts in Victoria. They were delivered FOC in 2 days express post bag and are the correct forum listed part No's of K5108 Upper and K5103 lowers $90aud a pair delivered off eBay, maybe cheaper direct not sure. Anyway I just thought I would let people know another option in Australia.

I have no association with the listed supplier just trying to help out others.

Its a simple enough operation, Gene.

1. Remove wallet from pocket

2. Unlock padlock

3. Open wallet

4. Dodge moths

5. Remove money.

6. Hand money to Datto.

7. Endure nightmares about giant moths.

The nightmares will get less frequent by repeating this process as often as possible.

Just looked at the Moog catalogue

They list K5208 for uppers

These have a 10 degree taper

I've always used K5108 which have a 7 degree

Anyone know what the actual taper on the stub is ?

They are 7 degree (ball joints and tie rod ends), pretty much all GM stuff is

Nope..nothing here of yours. The shed is getting full at the moment with other junk I have been buying though, lol

No fuss if you want me to send the stuff on or not, just holler if so..no problem of course at all.

:threadjacked:

I bought a pair of these.  TRW brand, I believe the original part brand?

Wasn't going to buy the older style which had a nyloc nut.  These have the castellated nut and split pin so I grabbed a pair.  Look to be pretty nice.  Haven't fitted them yet though...

From what I can tell these are the same for toranas and kingswoods?
