It is in fact Ian Tate at Hume Weir.
Has been shown to Ian and he said it is not him and yes, Hume Weir, wasn't quite sure as I do have pics from Tassie and also Winton of races in the late 60's and 70's

That's really funny because this pic popped up a few months ago and Ians son said it was Ian. I thought at the time bullshit it's Brock, but he was adamant.

Ian was shown the pic by a mate of mine in Melbourne (shock-horror, I do have a couple of great mates) and he said it wasn't him, but Brock
I believe at that time Brock had a beard and smoked, Ian only had the mutton-chops
The driver of that car has a full beard
I suppose it doesn't really matter either way as it is a great pic of the time
Have quite a few more and will put them up later
