Alright gurus, need to quiz your collective brain about a couple of things. Firstly, best manifold for triple 1.75" Su's. Secondly, as above but for 2 barrel holley. Su's go on 186 into Torry and holley goes on 202 in HR stat wag. Thanks for any input.

I'd vote for the Sulo manifold for the Holley and replace with an S manifold with WW Stromberg or Weber off a Falcon on the HR.

Any thoughts on Lynx/Warneford manifolds for the triples?

They don't look so great, they have a very short transition from the round carb to the rectangular port. That will lose a fair bit of flow as it is easy to speed up fluid it is hard to slow it down.

Also I just have a Redline in my car, you can buy them new and they seam OK

The Lynx manifold is a bit short, but if that's what you have then it will be fine. Ideally, the Armours & Seton are the best for  the Holden 6.
