At the thought of being labelled a hairdresser, I am reluctant to say it but I drive a Hyundai Tiburon.  Small V6, two door (I like coupes) and has a bit of getup and go around the suburbs.  Apart from that the workhorse is a VP ute.  Cheers Ron

Fairly well appointed, reasonable running costs, not ugly, manual, straight six, RWD & Torsen LSD. Not going to pretend it's exciting, but it is okay.

2011 V6 auto SR5 Hilux and 2011 RX350 Lexus (my mrs drives this one most of the time). Prior to these they were respectively 2005 VZ Cross8 and 2002 V2 CV8 but at replacement time Holden no longer sold anything to replace them with so had to go to Toyota.

I'd love an older car as a daily driver (by older I mean proper old ie pre 1980), but after the head on crash in the 2012 SR5 i'm glad I didn't.

A VX  wagon. V6,     since 2003   done 260,000 Km    spent NOTHING on it -    dont change the oil , just top it up when needed ( when the oil light comes on - under brakes  )

never wash it,    is left uncovered   ,       Paint still like new ,   doesn't miss a beat,   load of room in the back for transporting things.

It has been an great car considering how I look after it .                      Most likely just zhit itself one day.            it owes me nothing

PS     my Torana has done less Km's 91000      but the VX still drives nicer.

2013 SR Dual Cab Hilux 4x4 Diesel, 5 speed, 85,000km.

Tows the reef boat effortlessly, takes the family on adventures in the bush when we go on camping trips, can't fault it.

Mrs drives a 93 4 Runner V6 petrol, this has performed amazing feats of four wheel driving and punched way above its weight, getting a little tired now though with 400,000 on the clock.

I thought I might be an odd one out, but there seems to be lots of others who love, value for money Fords.

I thought I had a BA ute but after a trip to super cheap and coming home with the wrong part it turns out that I have a BF ute.
