warped xhaust manifold U.C.

Is warpage common on a uc as it seems to be leaking along the bottom or along the top unsure just where but has a grey film along  the exhaust manifold  which will rub off on finger. may be they droop with age???. locating pins also  a bit shy think there are only two by what I can see. for the manifold to sit on would I be right?? comments welcome thanks for any advise. m.

thanks bomber this is a stock 202 with flap attached, do these droop with age & leak?? thanks.m.
