Hi there, I'm about to fit my new door trim panels to my lx hatch and was wondering if anyone bothers fitting a plastic sheet vapor/moisture barrier underneath as shown in the parts manual?
Cheers, Sam

Its a good idea to put it in.

Will decrease wind noise.

Will help keep dust out.

Will help keep the interior dry.

Water coming past the window seals has a habit of making it into the interior whether the weep holes are clear or not.

Use Butyl.  That's what was used originally.
