G'day All

A few Saturday evenings ago, our car club had a BBQ at one of our members sheds and I was very surprised at what was there

His "shed" is an ex panel-beaters business which was "just" big enough to house his collection of unique cars, especially his older race cars

This sporty yellow car looked the goods

AND it probably went fairly quickly with the BIG supercharger on the side of the motor

This is the story on the car

The white racer has a "Willy's Overander" motor  :wtf:

The "cock-pit"

The motor, um, er, is that the carby in it's own compartment  :dontknow:

This Alfa is one Graeme is building up and that is another supercharger on the rack

BBQ-3.jpg

Light-weight with a twin over-head cam motor fed by two Webers

AND when finished should look like this  :spoton:

Of course in the back-ground was a line of European cars like Alfas and this Lambo which belonged to Graeme's brother in law

Don't think I would like to be feeding this monster of a motor with "6" dual draft Webers

Great night shared with friends and unique cars

RegardSS ... Barry

"I still have, for Alfa, the tenderness of a first love. The pure affection of a child for his mother."  Enzo Ferrari.

He was obviously quite senile at the time!!!!

What an awesome shed by the way. :)
