I think she has done well so far , however he , who ever he is will most probably just file for bankrupt/and or possibly otherwise plea and 

walk free(ish) , but still that won't make one iota of difference to the damage done , things like this tend to have the "bitten on the arse"

when it comes out ?...pricks like this sow seeds that  turn into weeds ...........and then they reap the harvest from their sowings? :)

A friend of mine filed for bankruptcy owing less than 100K, so I imagine this person will do the same.Unless he has assets worth close to, or more than that (houses etc.), then a bankruptcy would probably be denied.

Hi all :-)

 

Another quick update ....

 

For Perth people, Today/Tonight on channel 7 tomorrow night ... Phil Lowe in all his rorting glory !

 

Today/Tonight had private investigators stalk him until he finally surfaced at Bunnings lol ... they hit him up with the cameras. Several of our little "group" were interviewed with their destroyed vehicles etc ... looking forward to seeing his reaction the mutt. Apparently he was reluctant to talk on camera and said he would talk once the cameras were off ... not sure how much they humiliated him but the name and shame alone is priceless.

 

The segment is airing in conjunction with a well prepared media release by Dept of consumer protection issuing warnings and alerts about this scumbag and his rorts and also calling for other "victims" to come forward ( all the dodgey insurance work etc that he did).

Every Gov department is out to get him ;-)

 

We are all on the same page as far as the realisation that we wont see a cent back from him ... but sometimes we gotta make sure that pieces of sh!te like this will live a life hiding like a weak dog and suffering as much as possible in very inventive ways for as long as possible .... :-) I'm up for that !
