Add another to the list looking for rear floor pans for lh/lx sedan. Is anyone making them yet?

Has anyone tried to use bits from a rare spares front floor pan in the back?

Is my only option to make one as best I can? I only need rear drivers side. Rest is solid

Any advice at all would be good

Thanks

Maybe try to contact Dirtbag.

He used to be a regular around here.

He can make anything.

His talent is unbelievable.

Dale, Not sure whether they are close at all but Resto's sell rear floor pans for HQ - HZ. May be an option but you would need to do a bit of homework first.  I've always found Resto's helpful and knowledgeable so maybe give them a call and see what they can tell you.  Good luck with it. Cheers Ron

Tim (Dirtbag) shows a simple way to make the beads in a floor pan using a vice and ballpein hammer. Check his youtube vids. Would make floor pans pretty easy to make using that technique.

Thanks. Will look at you tube to check it out.

Rang Retrorods and they don’t have one yet but said they are working on it for later this year.

Thanks. That looks doable. Might take some time and practice but that is part of the fun. As there does seem to be any reasonable rear floor pans about that is well worth a go.

This picture is before it was cleaned up but clearly shows the rust. Rest of the floor is great.
