Hi All,
Not quite Torana related as it's a little bit early, but I thought I'd post a photo that came out of mothballs for my grandfather's recent 100th Birthday celebration - it was part of a memorabilia table that various family members put together.
He spent pretty much his whole working life in Holden's QA department @ Fisherman's Bend after coming across from the Government Aircraft Factory following the end of the 2nd World War.
You gotta love the fancy safety glasses!

But is it just me,or do a lot of those hheads look like they have been stuck onto those bodies?

My Torana has a 179 so this is very Torana related lol.
Any idea what the engine number was?
