There's a guy in Fairy Meadow (possibly Jardine St) that apparently does good work but when I went there to get some steel wheels blasted he spent half an hour telling me how good he was and then wanted me to to do half the work before he would touch them. So off I went and smoothed out all the edges etc. I took them back and next he wanted me to take them back and degrease them, there was bugger all on there anyway.

I took them to a panel beater in either Montague St or Ralph Black Dr in North Wollongong (sorry I can't remember the name) this guy did the job without any of the hassles the first guy was giving me. He was quicker and cheaper too.

I've heard of someone taking an EH to the guy in Fairy Meadow who continued blasting the shell even though there was almost nothing left once all the bog came out. In the end he received a 3-5k bill and a shell that he had to take to the tip. Or so the rumours go.

The guy I used was "Wollongong accident repair centre". He also made sure that he blasted them on the Friday so that they were freshly done and ready for me to paint on the weekend.

they look like a cool system but I'd like to see what they charge for it. keep us posted on what you decide and what the associated costs are. 👍

Accent Powdercoaters are expert powdercoaters located in Sydney.  With over 20 years experience, we are small enough to give expert care and attention to your products, and large enough to have the people, plant and equipment to perfect our craft.

Exactly as above. Its useless on steel, not bad for aluminium though.

There's nothing in it to stop rust powering along underneath the coating untill one day it all falls off in a big chunk.
