I have taken a photo of the body number out of the engine bay, how much can be deciphered from just that?, someones nicked the tags recently. Hard to read but I think it reads BLHC56478M

Owner say it was V8, it is (whats left of the paint) metallic brown with black paint on top of the doors and around the door window frame, not much to go on. the tags would have been taken as it was something either collectible or at least slightly desirable.
