What are these holes?

They're on Drivers and passenger floor plan, i plan on KBS coating my floor, wondering what to do with them.

I think i read they're drain holes? (somewhere)

Also (bit off topic) is there anywhere i shouldn't paint inside the car? i.e pillars/roof/firewalls and so on,

from my understanding, I can paint everything inside in KBS as most of it is covered up later.

here is one guy doing paint pretty darn well, might follow his procedure.

there is a paint and panel bulk thread that will probably also cover what you need.

as for me, am not a professional, and just painted wherever was already painted from factory.

(hmmm, my roof was certainly not painted. but looks like yours was though.

around edges of course, but not the whole roof)

On a HK those holes are for water to drain out of the floor, they are normally punched as if done with a pin punch or a philips head screwdriver and filled with goo during the assembly process.
