A man has been caught with two Torana wing mirrors stuffed down his pants while walking in Gulfview Heights
A SALISBURY East man has been arrested after he was allegedly caught with two stolen wing mirrors from a Torana in Gulfview Heights stuffed down his pants.
A police patrol was cruising down Bridge Road at 2.30am on Monday morning when they stopped and spoke to the man who was walking along the road.
He was searched and two Torano mirrors wing mirrors were found down his pants, along with a screwdriver and an Allen key set. It was later discovered the mirrors had been stolen from a Torana in Guthbert Street in Gulfview Heights.
The 39-year-old was arrested for unlawful possession, theft and going equipped to commit offences. He was bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court next month
