What are the wheels on that Premier up the back? And what is behind it?

That's a silver Opel 1900 by the wall. I'm still trying to figure out if it's the wheel on the Prem, or something sitting in front of it that appears to be where the wheel is....

What year did General Motors Holdens become General Motors Holden?

They never did AFAIK. They were always General Motors-Holden's Pty Limited. Just look at ID tags. I think it became Holden Limited in 1998.
