Cheap Chinese Spot Welders

All,

I know this has been mentioned in the past, just wanted to know if anyone had used these Chinese Spot Welders from ebay.

I know you get what you pay for so i'm not expecting great quality for $400, but do they still do the job? My budget really doesn't stretch to $1300 for a more expensive spot welder.

in one word.. "rubbish".. dont watse your time... They dont work... The one I bought I sent back as it was rubbish..

I bought the "clark" one.. cost about $1500 with some extra tips.. works well...

Thanks for your thoughts Mike. I was trying to remember if you had brought one or not.

Guess I'm going to have to look at other options or try and make the Clark one fit in the Budget.

Manage to pickup one of these bad boys for $550 off gumtree. Its a bit on the hefty side but works as expected
