Looks like a big loss of $ to me. No one is buying V6 Commodoresnow, V8 outsell them, so why would people want that, a 4cyl version or a diesel?
I don't get the nagging of it being a Commodore. Most Commodore were European and were that size or smaller.

Yes definately has that Mazda 'European styling' look. Pretty clear the source of the vechicle.

 

V8 was a no from the start, now they are saying no Turbo V6? Going to be about as exciting as a camry sportivo...
