hey guys

I have a front end red nolothane kit that is still in packaging and in good condition from 2012

would I be wasting my time getting a rear kit as the latest opinions and failures of these are not great of late ?

should I just go with another brand ?

any feedback would be helpful.

cheers

ben

Piss the kit you have off to somebody else. Why would you risk wanting to do the same job twice?

Go the rubber bushes. I have replaced just about every plastic suspension bush in my hatch, One by one they all failed, car has only done 10,000 km. Haven't had any problem with the Mckay rubber bushes.

Prefer rubber now but did go superpro front end years ago.

Apparently newer nolathane have more metal in centre & less likely to disintergrate compared to their older products that caused grief.

All of them are owned by red roo, but they have different compositions. Personally if not using rubber i think that the whiteline is the best product. Nolathane has the biggest margin for profit from Mark up, so it's carried more.

Whiteline, Nolathane , Noltec , Suregrip I think is another... plus a couple more

All red ranger products

Superpro is independently owned

Then with rubber you have

Mackay , Kelpro and others marketed under Rares and other logos

Sorry Neil, that's right it's red ranger, Don't know how i made that mistake. My preference is definitely the whiteline out of those, sold quite a few kelpro bushes, but i have never used them myself. But i have never seen a come back & only seen 2 kelpro oil seals fail. Gary.

ditto, unless your racing then stay with rubber.
