h all can someone help.have tried to remove wipers but to no avail. have tried lifting blade and then pulling on the part that that fits to the spline but will not budge what am I doing wrong or is it may be stuck and needs I little more strength added. thank in advance. Gary

Hi Gaz, there's a little locking lever on the bit that goes over the spline @ the end of the wiper make sure it moves freely, it has like a thumb shape works like a pivot mate. A little bit of "gentle" movement not pulling should have it moving again, maybe putting some cardboard under it to avoid any damage, Gary.
