Took a few annual leave days last week leading into a long weekend, shed time aplenty. Brake lines finished, fuel tank reinstalled, which lead to...80512f167e685d88070cb14093a66b5d.jpg7779a2667f5937f0433719c3e9f6232b.jpgfee5b93090e18f660e1d99e88c02e113.jpg

I did my HK’s tank a few weeks ago with KBS. Does a good job. The tank seemed really good and I could see a lot of the inside of it as it has an MRA hole in it now big enough to fit your arm in. But the cr@p that came out with the first step was unbelievable, probably a 10mm thick layer of crud in the bottom of a big industrial bucket. It looks just like yours inside now

Yep, definitely worth doing and definitely does a good job. There's a few products around that probably do the same job, even homemade concoctions. KBS is aussie made so easy choice.

The holes look similar to Ken' WA car. Was it an under dash unit like this?

I've been looking for a thread someone did about a homemade spray booth.
I've searched hi and low but can't find it again, thought it was on this site.
It had all the info including fan motor size, and a wheelie bin with spray nozzles to knock the paint down. Had pics too, red paint from memory.
I'll be setting up something soon as the weather heats up so would be handy to find this again, cheers Mick.

'Built by Jeff' on YouTube I think has a video on making spray booths. This may be helpful?

I don't recall the specific one (on here) you're asking about.

Thanks Heath, mine might be more like Jeff's first booth than his second, clear plastic, duct tape and a few sticks of pine.
They are all similar, air goes, air goes out. Positive presure with filters and lighting.

That's the one, thanks mate.
I have watched his stencil vid and cruising around in rusty torana, haha, didn't know it was the same bloke.
