Three cars, first one in primer(been glass blasted), I haven't yet seen the tags but believe he has them and they go with the car and boxes of parts. body number is LC 24009 A, I was told it was red but can't confirm until tags are sighted of course.

Second one, bronze, not a lot left except parts and panel cuts, what is with the oil cooler?, gearbox???.

Green LC, I don't have tag and body numbers yet.

Not a lot to go on as the body numbers only tell me model and number off the production line don't they?.

I'm negotiating on the three cars as a package deal plus any other parts he has, he syas that he has some NOS parts that will go with the deal.. when we get to a price that is.

The first one looks like it's possibly a GTR judging by the firewall bracket.

The green LC looks to have GTR trim pattern seats.

Me too.. its dry where they are sitting but they will be rusty. If he's way off with price they'll just become part of mother earth eventually...

I'm almost 100% certain they are all GTR's, time will tell!.

James, whats the bracket you mean?, the one with the vertical pin on it next to the accelerator rod support?.

I'll have another look at the bronze wreck as I want to try to determine what that cooler was for, I would think gearbox but really?, on a road car?.

Yes that's the bracket that I'm referring to. It was only fitted to LC GTR's for the ww2 carb.

The green one was probably verodo green metallic once upon a time. It looks like there may be remnants of the side stripes that lead to the GTR badge on the rear quarter across the top of the front guards. Are there holes below the rear quarter windows for the GTR badges to attach to?

Air con?

The lines look aftermarket air con kit but would expect larger thinner ac condensor core.Does look weird in pic.

How long those been sitting there & any back story to them????

Is bronze the new name for surface rust, or is there actually some bronze paint hidden there?

I guess it was a quick car in its day or atleast was going fast when it hit gene's tank.

I think that you will find it's a lc front (mudgaurds) with lj grille to head light bezel bars mate. Have a closer look.
