Can she prove ownership to anything other than having done it before to the previous record if i read it correctly ? , or is she just "using the system" , could be wrong but i think there was some "law" that stated that when 2 people were living together that after 6 months of coinhabitation that either or were "entitled" to half the assets?
Sell it to a good mate ,(or mum or dad) for $1 with a receipt of purchase , it is a legal transaction , you own it , it is your property , anything otherwise is theft.
