does anyone know if the ls 2 door monaro had a factory sun roof if so would it be id on the tags ?
option / I cant find anywhere were it was a option

Weren't they dealer fitted options though... thus not on tags ?

There were no 'factory-fitted' sunroofs seen in HQs. They were available in HJ however.
There is nothing on any of the body tags to denote a factory sunroof.

Dr Terry.....just FYI...was reading some old doco regarding the HJ & Sunroof...looks like they offered it up, but then came unstuck with imported part delays and fitting issues, particularly at Pagewood....
Reckon a HJ with a factory sunroof would be thin on the ground?
Sept 74 - sliding sunroof no longer allowed as a factory option on LH.
Oct.74 - they released the timing for the HJ rollout. The sliding sunroof was an factory option.
Nov 74 - advise dealers no sunroofs available on HJ until early 75.
March 75 - advise of delays with sunroofs for HJ. Daily fitting rate is now 3 units.
April 75 - advise "slow improvement" with the fitting of factory sunroofs
May 75 - advise that Pagewood sunroofs are delayed as they need to be fitted "outside of normal production" / "off line"/ there are issues with fitment.
August 75 - Pagewood still experiencing appx 3 weeks delay re sunroofs
Oct 75 - possible short delays all plants for sunroof in HJ

Yep ,they certainly were an option for HJ Monaro,I have only seen 1 or two with them .
