Hi, I've just finished drawing up this Repco-Brabham V8. This is the first engine I've ever attempted. Pushed the old ball point pen to the limit, not to mention my patience and eyes to try and capture as much detail as possible. Any comments positive or negative would be good have as i'm thinking of trying to sell prints from the original on Ebay.

Regards

Congratulations Jon on a great job. Looks like a fine commemoration of an Aussie world beater.

Very nice work, lots of attention to detail well done.

I bet you'd sell a few prints of a xu-1 engine if you did one.

I work from photos and very hard to find an XU1 original engine in a suitable photo, but I'll keep looking. The alloy block in this first Repro-Brabham was an 1961 Oldsmobile item saved them heaps of money, but the underdog Aussie engine beat the Fi world in 1966.
