HELP needed for id tags

Hi Everyone im a new member

I am looking to purchase a Torana LH S/L it has only got 2 tags the long thin one and the one with the codes on it .

I have a couple of concerns firstly will I be able to register in Qld with the compliance tag missing wich shows month and year and chassis number ?

And will this affect the value of the car ?

And will it make it hard to sell in the future if I decided to move it on ?

I believe it has a vin number on the chassis

I just wanted to ask before I purchase as I don't want problems down the track

QLD DOT only care about the Chassis number behind the drivers side headlight.
