shannons are very good, my Torana was recently flooded in cyclone Debbie . i got a quote, sent them a few photos and the money was in my bank in just a few days. Can,t complain about that. When i insured it with them i told them how much i wanted it insured for  and if it is ever written off i get to keep the vehicle

I changed from shannons to nrma classic and collectable. NRMA still lets you keep the car if anything happens to it. I think it limits you to 120 days a year of driving. My policy dropped by $500 by changing and nrma didn't question how much I wanted to insure it for but shannons wouldn't increase the amount.

Shannons seem pretty good so far...one car is heavily modified/engineered other is on laid-up cover.

Both cars insured for maximum set value via phone & pics except laidup car which they said if brought in to be evaluated they'd happily raise it's insured value.

Previously had vy ss ute..two not at-fault accidents my choice of repairer etc all good

Im with shannons for all my cars and my house too.

They're the only one ive been with that accepted agreed value of my cars and every year they increase the value not decrease.

All the others depreciated the value every year by shit loads.

Shannons here too, found them to be agreeable to increased agreed value on GTR as the market has risen. Track caris on "Layed up" with them too.

Have other dailys with them....had a claim on a 2 month old daily when a bloke reversed into it at Bunnings, just needed a new front guard and nothing else.

Shannons sorted it pain free, and then I suggested a check wheel alignment just in case ...no probs, ....they were easy to deal with.

They have a nice discount deal where the price drops off as you insure more stuff with them.

Yep- Shannons another vote from me...

I was so happy I moved my house insurance with them...

I made a small claim and they were excellent. My premium barely went up as well. They are honestly a very good company. From time to time you can get a knob on the phone who thinks they know a lot more than they actually do, but thats rare- 90% of the people in customer service for Shannons are excellent.
