As above suggests. I didn't see the episode. Did anyone watch it ? Is there someway to view the show? I tried using 7 Plus but nothing came up.

Cheers.

Yeah, I saw it, apparently a 1 owner LJ.

It wasn't Aussie Pickers it was Happy Hockers, lol; here's the link:

https://au.tv.yahoo....n-1-episode-12/

I was sure it featured toward the end of the ep. so when I clicked near the end of the timeline, I had to sit through 10 minutes of the frOcking ads I skipped past, then I had to sit through the Cunning Stunts again after your Aussie Pickers bum steer, lol.

Turns out it was at the start of the show @ 03:40

I don't get it hey, I love American Pickers and US Pawn Stars but these Aussie shows don't do it for me.

All of the guys just annoy me.

Dunno why.

Also, they should have paid the $85k and sold it at Lloyds for $200k then put it on ebay a few weeks later.

Same with Aus. Top Gear ... and that's been discussed to death here previously.

It's because all the other shows got to the top on their own merit, the stars were the drawcard that kept you watching. Even dopey Chumlee had an appealing charm about him. Then when they try to find the Aus. equivalent the magic isn't there, only the formula.

Same happened to US Kath & Kim.

So true, if you watch Aussie Pickers they've just tried to copy the setup that American Pickers have. The guys are a pair of inner city d!cks trying to get a bargain of the dumb @ss country folk. I don't like it, and I don't get that vibe from American Pickers. I haven't even watched this one apart from the Torana bit and it didn't do much for me. Facts were pretty good though, although they got the bit wrong about using Webbers in the race cars. As far as I'm aware, it was only in 73 and only in Brock's car, hence why they got the fuel figures wrong when the gauge stopped working which lost them the race.

So many shows get facts wrong, the research team just look up wiki or do very brief google checks.
