No idea if it will work but if you put a bolt through the Bush it might give it some support as you push them out but I am doubtful

Then replace with rubber.

Then replace with rubber.

Absolutely correct. The worst place to fit urethane type bushes is in the upper control arm inner pivots.

What they said.
Also, when you finally get them back in the car, do not tighten them till you have the car at ride height, and preferable after a quick trip around the block.

All the above.

I am sorry that you were ripped off being sold the nolethane bushes but alas, shoulda asked here first.

Get the existing ones out however you can and get some rubber ones and fit them properly.

YOur screwup has actually saved you a lot of time and money in the future.

Wes, sorry to hear about your problem but as Bomber has said, the people who know have saved you.  I was looking to put Nolathane (or the like) in my car until I read a number of posts.  I recently took my control arms to a reputable business to have the bushes pressed out.  They had trouble with one and crushed one of the lower arms to the point they had to find me another.  I only say as I'm sure you will, but take care removing them.  Cheers Ron
