PBR Alloy Torana caliper mount bolts location

I'm trying to find out what position the allan head attach bolt goes? At top near front spring or at bottom closer to the steering rack ball joint?

 

Calipers are Alloy PBR later LX & UC to 7/79 which take DB1028 pads. See attached photo of caliper.
