Anyone know the overall length of a FJ ute ?
Google tells me the sedan is about 4400mm but cant find any ute info ?

The FJ ute length ( over bumpers ) 172 " , Sedan 173 3/4 " there you go Paul , out of FJ workshop manual .

The difference must only be in the very rear of the tub. From the B pillar forwards is identical, and I'm sure the wheelbase is the same because you can weld the ute chassis rails into a sedan for extra strength.

The wheelbase is the same but the overhang past the rear axle must be where the difference resides.

It might just be the bumper bar overriders on the sedan .
