Looks ok to me but I don't have an original to compare to side by side right now. Good effort. I'd probably buy them for $150.

Form press? I dunno? I just made a thing and pressed it? Certainly not hammer and dolly.............I'm not that clever.

No, I'm just going to sell them like this. It's up to the buyer to make them fit their car............and I don't have a bender.
I think it's enough to have pressed in these random shapes? How many hours would it save a panel beater?

I like your work Rob. Not bad for someone who has NFI what he is doing. :D

nice.

a lot of people will be happy with this part. I can just see it now " rob's repo parts online" .

I think its a reasonable fair price. 580 for a guard.

I'm using 1.2mm hot rolled sheet for my sill pieces. Back in the day, this would have been a "gauge" measurement?
18 gauge?

It's the closest I can measure it with a Vernier.

I'm pretty sure panels are thinner as the inner sill is part of the strength as well as the rail material, which, as far as I can measure accurately, is the same as the inner sill?

I'd be happy to learn of these correct thickness's if anyone knows for sure?
