LH with 19 inch VE SS rims

Hi guys,

Just wondering what I need to do the get these rims to fit? I am going to get a vn borg Warner diff shortened just wondering do I shorten to the standard torana width? what offset do I need?

If thats the wheel you really want Borrow one... then try it on all 4 corners and measure... alot

Due to the FWD style offset that Commodore wheels have... you'll have to do alot of measuring and figuring to get them to fit

 

The will likely foul the firewall also

 

14mm studs too.

Would need to widen hubs and diff to make them fitz
Also give the car 4wd ride height for enough clearance for suspension/steering.

I sometimes try and keep my opinions to myself, but normally not too hard. That would be truly tasteless, and would be a shame to go to the effort of setting up wider hubs and a longer diff to accomodate for the pissweak offset, because it just makes it so much harder to reverse it back to looking decent when you come to your senses.

The commodore wheels practically engulf control arms & sit in bit too far,either need custom hubs or much frowned upon spacers.

 

 

You're fairly limited in choice of wheels with commodore stud pattern compared to what's on offer with hq/chev pattern which has better variety & availability of wheels
